• The increasing demand of the Chinese market for wine leads to the increasing in import. According to the information given by China Custom, volume of imported wine has kept increasing since last year. 2,531 tons of wine with value of 9.298 million usd was imported to China, rose by 100% in volume and 92.7% in value compared to last year’s figures.
• The consumers are usually middle-high class; however, at our Finefood show the consumers are only high-class. We will open the opportunity for wine producers to interact and introduce their wines to a high-level community of hotel managers, chefs, and big distributers through its special networking events.
• The 2nd China Hotelex Bartenders Competition 2012 will be held in the Wine Pavilion. It will attract more than 100 qualified bartenders to take part in the competition.
